Site Reliability Engineer Level 1 (Linux and Microsoft)
We are looking for a self-starting Linux and Microsoft guru, the guy who will manage and mitigate problems on Linux and Windows servers and monitor health condition of services. This candidate will be someone who lives and breaths production and sandbox environments and do tasks with best-known practices.

Responsibilities:
- Support site reliability infrastructure in tandem with a team.
- Help teams to support software and services in a production environment.
- Manage incidents and requests from other teams and end-users.
- Work in the team with task management software and source control repositories.
- Document all changes and decisions in company wiki and help the team to avoid repeated tasks.
- Raise incident which can’t be mitigated or fixed in short term to Level 2 team members and other teams.
Requirements - General:
- Document workflows and administrative tasks within the company Confluence wiki.
- Detect, checking and track issues in prod environment.
- Track changes and workflow in the company Jira application and update tasks to inform rest of the company of status on issues.
Requirements - Technical:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2012.
- Strong knowledge of Linux CentOS 7.
- Technical understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Understanding of VMware or other virtualization technology.
- A strong technical knowledge of at least one Linux or Windows compatible programming language.
Requirements - Operating System Management:
- Understand and troubleshoot Linux and Windows performance issues.
- Understand how to implement disks from an iSCSI storage area network.
- Understand Microsoft Windows Clustering.
- Understand Linux OS and TCP/IP stack.
- Understand Windows and Linux services.

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
- Red Hat® Certified Engineer (RHCE®)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
